Cancellation Policy

At Prime Diagnostics LLC, many of our services involve laboratory fees, kit activation fees, administrative processing, and scheduling commitments. Laboratory fees may be incurred immediately upon order placement, case initiation, kit activation, specimen collection, or laboratory submission. Therefore, all deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be rescheduled without penalty. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to additional fees and may require a new deposit before rescheduling. DNA Testing Services: All DNA testing fees are non-refundable once a kit has been ordered, activated, collected, shipped, or submitted to the laboratory. This includes paternity, maternity, siblingship, grandparentage, avuncular, twin zygosity, immigration, Y-STR, mtDNA, DNA profile, alternative sample testing, and Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity (NIPP) testing. NIPP & Early Gender Testing: Deposits are non-refundable. Once a specimen has been collected or submitted to the laboratory, all fees are non-refundable. Any remaining balance must be paid before results are released. Drug Testing, Fingerprinting, Wellness Bloodwork & Specialty Collections: Fees are non-refundable once services have been performed, specimens collected, laboratory orders processed, or specimens submitted for testing. Mobile Services: Mobile service fees are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed and travel has begun. Additional fees may apply for cancellations while the collector is en route or upon arrival. Refunds may only be considered if Prime Diagnostics LLC is unable to provide the requested service and no laboratory processing, kit activation, specimen collection, travel, or administrative processing has occurred. Laboratory turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by laboratories, shipping carriers, weather, insufficient samples, recollections, or additional laboratory review do not qualify for refunds. By scheduling an appointment or purchasing services from Prime Diagnostics LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
